Saturday morning (11:15) the opening host opened the door for me with a huge smile on her face. As she walked me to my table she made conversation with me, joking around and even informed me about their rewards program. My server was excellent and my food was amazing. Such a friendly environment. I will be coming back.

Great restaurant. Staff is excellent and the food is always good. I recommend the coconut shrimp! Very casual setting inside. Bathrooms are always clean. Had been one of my favorite restaurants in Dothan for a long time.

Reward points not remembered. These people seems to lose your reward points. Talk to manager about. She was interviewing me like I was making it up or something. She said I just give you the reward points. I said know I’ll pay for the full bill. I felt mad as I left. Surly they have better people personally that work there.

I ordered the fried shrimp they were awful NEVER in my life had a ever had such shrimp that had so much batter on them that when it came time to leave that our server asked if I wanted a to go box I had taken so much of the hard over cooked bread off get to the shrimp. I would have been better off to have gone to the frozen section of a grocery store an bought a box of Gordon frozen shrimp . And the blooming onion was so greasey that I wished I had some paper towels to soak up the grease that was in the plate WORST FOOD !!! THAT WAS JUST MY FOOD ..... my daughter, son and husband left over half there food on there plates spent $100.00 NEVER AGAIN. I gave a one star because our waiter was the best don't his fault we could not eat the food.

Had a great experience at this location. Our server, Troy, was hands down the best server I've ever had at any restaurant. He had great charisma, checked up on us several times and even helped me out with my entree. I had ordered a 6oz sirloin steak and upon arrival he had asked if he could replace the steak for me. He noticed the steak was dry and a little over cooked. To me the steak looked perfectly fine. Then again I'm no steak connoisseur. He insisted so I decided what the hell. As soon as I got my new piece of steak I realized Troy was right. This one was juicier and looked better than the first one I got. I truly appreciated him going out of his way of doing that and I really hope his hard work and dedication is seen. Thank you

Every time we go to our local Outback in Dothan, AL it's awful. Tonight, once again 2 of our items were cooked wrong. The prime rib was really thin and tough. This was the last time for us in Dothan.

The meal was outstanding. But what was the best part of my visit was the Excellent service I received from Buddy! He was outstanding! He did his job and provided me with everything that I needed. Even after bringing my food out to me, he continued to check on me and make sure everything was fine with my meal and to see if I needed anything. I definitely will be returning for another meal here.....Thank you Buddy for such excellent service.

Delivery service is always awful. Third time and it's a definite strike out. Always something missing, usually sauce but this time my husband's side dish was missing. My seasonal vegetables were completely raw. Done! Will never order again!

Very good, bartender/server was on his toes. Never slacked up to check on us even though he was very busy. They had a membership special they emailed us about and it was awesome. Alison spring chicken and coconut shrimp. Fantastic.

Placed a reservation for the 14th for 545. Got there and they told us we had a 90 minute wait. I don't know how thats considered a reservation if i still have to wait that long. Its ridiculous and i wont be back

My food was fresh. The person who took my order was extremely friendly. And since it was raining, actually storming they brought my food out to the car.

The prime rib was seasoned very well but the cut was not great. The asparagus was grilled perfectly and the baked potato was perfect. The wait staff seemed to have large sections to cover that led to everything feeling very rushed but our waitress was bustling about keeping up with everything.

Excellent Food, service was lackluster. Ordered appetizer approximately 8 minutes before my food order. Received food 3 minutes after my meal. Empty cups, refilled only once, never offered drinks again until after we paid check, then offered to go drinks. Server had only 3 tables to include me 2 topper. Disappointed!!!!

The steak was medium rare instead of medium and the baked potato was so overcooked that it could hardly be cut in half. My last Outback visit I am fairly certain.

Good location, lots of parking, wheel chair friendly, they have a kids menu and a email rewards program. Prices range from low to high depending on what you order. Service is either on point and excellent or terrible. We have had both depending on the server. It is a good spot for dining alone or big parties. The restroom is always clean.

My burger was very dry and had the very minimum condiments on the burger the waitress was never to be found had to always wait to get her the waitress serving table next to us spilt beverage all over the part there as well myself my shoes were soaked don't think I will be coming back to your restaurant, just couldn't believe it was floored by my experience there wow

Excellent Service here recently. They sat me in the bar booth area and the service was excellent. My cup was never empty and the waitress was very polite. The food was delicious and the whole experience was pleasant. I will definitely be back.
